Antonio Perfetti was born in Ascoli Piceno in 1955 and graduated with honours in Political Science/Economics, at the University College Lamaro – Pozzani, ,. After an initial experience with Goodyear, he started a long professional career within the IRI Holding, which he left in 1995 with the role of Deputy Director of Human Resources and Organisation. After the experience as General Director in Alenia Spazio until 1999, he worked for two years as Managing Director of Benetton Group, before returning to Finmeccanica as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Organization.

From 2003 he operated as Chief Executive of Officine Aeronavali Venezia, Chief Executive Officer of Alenia Aeronautica in Rome and, from 2009 until the summer of 2016, between Rome and Paris, he was the CEO of MDBA Italy and Executive Group Director Sales and Business Development at MDBA Group. He nurtured his leadership and strategic vision by working in highly complex contexts, including operational and industrial management activity. The International development and the growing involvement in innovative markets have been the most stimulating targets during the last years, operating with success in international contexts, in the fields of security/defense and high technology.
